CANCELLATION POLICY

Your appointments are very important to me and it is reserved especially for you. I understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary and unplanned issues can come up; therefore, I respectfully request at least 24 hours notice for cancellations.

Please understand that when you forget or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, I miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and clients on my waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Your appointments are confirmed 24 hours in advance because I know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. Since these services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee will apply.

*Less than 24 hours notice will result in a charge of the reserved service amount. 

*After three “no-show” appointments, the individual will no longer be a client of Glow Skin Care.

The cancellation policy allows me the time to inform our clients on the waitlist of any availability and allows me to manage my time.

Late Arrivals – Please keep in mind that arriving late for a service may require me to shorten the length of the treatment, with full charges applied, so as not to inconvenience other guests. I regret that late arrivals will not receive extension of scheduled appointments.

Late Arrivals more than 15 minutes past appointment start time will forfeit their appointment and full payment is required


RETURN POLICY

To be eligible for a full refund, the product must be in the original packaging, unused and returned within 7 days from purchase date. Clients may request a product exchange, or credit within 21 days due to allergy or reaction.


SCHEDULING POLICY

Appointments are subject to change if there is a conflict with my personal schedule (skin trainings, family events). I will notify within in 2 months of your booking to reschedule.

PRODUCT PICK UP

Monday - Thursday 7:30 AM to 4PM

To pick up product simply go into the front entrance of Roseburg Dermatology and go to reception. Give them your name and they will get your product! You can pay with Cash, Check or Visa.

*If you are needing after-hours please contact me to see if I can accommodate your schedule.


PLEASE NOTE: If you have an appointment on a FRIDAY please pull to the backside of the building and message me when you arrive. I will come down and open the back door for you! The Dermatology office is closed Friday and for safety I keep all doors locked.


HOW TO BOOK ONLINE

Once you download the app (schedulicity.com) make sure your location is set for Roseburg Oregon. From there, click on "skincare". It should bring you to an icon posted as Glow Skin Care. Click on that and from there you will be given a list of services that you can choose from. Once you have chosen your service it will give you a list of dates and times available. Click on your desired date and book it!
